AI system for predicting residential property prices (AED/sqm) in Dubai using 1.6M+ real estate transactions. Built with Apache Spark and PyTorch, the project compares Decision Trees, Bagging, Gradient Boosting, and Neural Networks. Results show strong predictive performance with the MLP achieving an R² of 0.76.
